The one thing that irks me the most that thankfully V2 has stayed away from (for the most part), is the re-release of records with "bonus" material. Whether it be a few new songs or a DVD component with their videos or some live footage. Now, this practice is not only an insult to the consumers intelligence but also an incentive to download. Who wants to buy the CD they already own only to get a few "new" songs?

Very good point, and good to hear someone actual analyze the issue instead of just parroting the RIAA mantra that downloading is killing the poor, helpless industry.
